Abstract

This research investigates Islamic jurisprudential rules on microinjection, employing known principles like public interest, blocking harm, and need to confront emerging medical advances. It outlines the technique linguistically and legally while evaluating Sharia’s purpose of protecting bloodline.
The study explores specific applications, particularly addressing spousal procreation and fetal sex selection, assessing them against scholarly perspectives. It determines that microinjection is a permitted intervention for treating infertility, if it closely complies to Sharia norms and precise medical regulations. These parameters are crucial to minimise lineage confusion and assure ethical compliance. Ultimately, the research validates the procedure's legitimacy when utilised to extend human lineage within recognised religious constraints.
