Recent Developments in Administrative Justice in Light of Law No. 22-13 Amending and Supplementing the Code of Civil and Administrative Procedure

This research study aims to shed light on the most important procedural amendments and developments introduced by Law No. 22-13, which amends and supplements Law No. 08-09 on the Code of Civil and Administrative Procedure, through an analytical and critical examination of certain newly introduced provisions and an assessment of the extent to which they respond to the requirements of the current situation. The study demonstrates that the latest amendment to the Code of Civil and Administrative Procedure introduced significant provisions concerning litigation in administrative matters, particularly the establishment of administrative courts of appeal, in addition to reconsidering certain other specific procedural issues.
