This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of CrossFit training on the physical performance of amateur youth football players over an 8-week intervention period. An experimental design was employed, and the sample consisted of 28 football players. The principal findings demonstrated that CrossFit training exerts a positive influence on both endurance and strength capacities. Specifically, the study concluded that: statistically significant differences exist between pre- and post-test scores in speed endurance and strength tests; and a statistically significant effect was recorded at the 0.05 significance level in speed endurance among football players, as evidenced by the mean scores on endurance and strength tests following the CrossFit intervention.
